Property Owner Fees. Property management services are subject to a management fee (percentage of gross rental revenue), and may include setup or onboarding fees, which are disclosed before services begin. Guest-facing service charges (e.g., booking fees) may also apply. All applicable fees are outlined in each owner's individual management agreement.
4. Guest Responsibilities
By booking a Roam Free property, you agree to comply with all posted house rules, occupancy limits, quiet hours, and local ordinances. You are responsible for any damage to the property during your stay beyond normal wear and tear. Violations of house rules may result in early termination of your reservation without refund.
5. Communication Consent
By providing your contact information (email and/or phone number), you consent to receive communications from Roam Free VHR. These may include booking confirmations, check-in instructions, promotional offers, and service-related announcements. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to SMS messages or clicking "unsubscribe" in our emails. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional messages related to active bookings.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, images, text, page designs, and proprietary tools — is the property of Roam Free VHR or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
